Care Request

All Nations prayerfully considers each Care Request. We desire to offer the best solution for a person's physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental needs. We are able to offer various forms of care for those that have been an active participant of All Nations for a minimum of 6 weeks. If you are not actively involved in the church, you are encouraged to contact your home church for assistance. All Nations is also not equipped to offer any immediate assistance. If immediate assistance is needed, dial 211 to be connected to North Dakota's emergency helpline. Please fill out this form completely and answer all questions below to the best of your knowledge. Allow 2-3 business days to process your request. Resources may not be available in every circumstance. Assistance may be provided through a referral to an outside source supported by All Nations.
